Expert guidance of event design throughout the planning process will include the following:
– Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9:00 am – 7:00 pm)
– Initial consultation during site/venue visit to plan event day layout
– Two planning meetings between client and planner which include, but are not limited to:

  • Assistance with selection of color scheme
  • Assistance with design concept and style of event

– Up to three vendor visits throughout the design process from the following list:

  • Florist
  • Rentals (draping, linens, lights, tables, chairs, etc.)
  • Invitations

– Final site/venue visit during week of event
