Expert guidance of wedding design throughout the planning process will include the following:
– Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9:00am – 7:00pm) Monday-Friday
– Initial consultation during reception venue visit to plan wedding day layout
– Two planning meetings between client and planner which include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance with selection of color scheme, design concept and style of wedding
– Up to three vendor visits for coordinator to attend throughout the design process from the following list:
- Florist
- Rentals (draping, linens, lights, tables, chairs, etc.)
- Invitations
– Final visit to reception venue week before wedding day
