– Up to three hours of professional in-person consultation
- Create first draft of a detailed timeline for all wedding day activities
- Answers to all etiquette questions
- Advice on design concept and wedding traditions
- Discuss and coordinate any cultural traditions to be incorporated on day of wedding
- Finalize all last minute preparation details with a “To-do” checklist
– Continuous updates and consultation with client about vendor services
– Send final draft of a detailed timeline for all wedding day activities to all contracted vendors
– Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors during week leading up to wedding day
– Coordinate with all vendors to ensure services are completed in a timely manner according to their respective client agreements
– Visit to reception venue week before wedding for final walk through
– Collect all items needed for day of wedding such as guest book, champagne glasses, cake cutter, wedding favors, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, etc. to be set up at reception venue and/or ceremony
Day of Wedding:
– Ten continuous hours of wedding day coordination and supervision beginning the morning of the wedding, followed by the ceremony and the reception.

- Coordinate bridal house traditions if needed
- Coordinate ceremony entrance as well as photos at altar
- Oversee venue set-up to ensure setting exceeds all of client’s expectations
- Set up items at venue such as escort cards, table numbers, place cards, favors, guest book, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors for all reception activities in accordance with wedding timeline
- Greet and escort guests to their assigned seating
- Distribute all vendor payments, if requested by couple
- Provide wedding-day emergency kit (Advil, sewing kit, bobby pins, safety pins, etc.)
- Troubleshoot when needed
- Wrap up all items that are needed for bride and groom at the conclusion of the wedding
