Expert guidance for all the wedding details throughout the planning process will include the following:
– Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9:00 am – 7:00 pm) Monday-Friday
– Unlimited vendor referrals & vendor contact information based on client’s needs and budget
– Answers to all etiquette questions
– Discuss and coordinate any cultural traditions to be incorporated on day of wedding
– Three planning meetings between client and planner which include, but are not limited to:
– Assistance with selection of color scheme, design concept and style of wedding
– Help to prepare a detailed budget for all aspects of wedding
– Assist with selection of reception venue including up to three site tours
– Help with finding, negotiating with, and booking suitable vendors. Client may choose up to four visits for coordinator to attend throughout the planning process from the following list:
- Ceremony Location
- Florist
- Photographer
- Videographer
- Caterer
- Cake Maker
- DJ/Musician
- Rentals
- Invitations
– Create first draft of a detailed timeline for all wedding day activities
– Continuous updates and consultation with client about vendors services
– Send final draft of a detailed timeline for all wedding day activities to all contracted vendors
– Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors during week leading up to wedding day
– Coordinate with all vendors to ensure services are completed in a timely manner according to their respective client agreements
– Visit to reception venue week before wedding day
– Wedding Rehearsal supervision with bridal party
– Finalize all last minute preparation details with a “To-do” checklist
– Collect all items needed for day of wedding such as guest book, champagne glasses, cake cutter, wedding favors, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, etc.
Day of Wedding:
– Ten continuous hours of wedding day coordination and supervision beginning the morning of the wedding, followed by the ceremony and the reception.
- Assist at bride’s house by coordinating all traditional activities
- Coordinate ceremony entrance as well as photos at altar
- Oversee venue set-up to ensure setting exceeds all of client’s expectations
- Set up items at venue such as escort cards, table numbers, place cards, favors, guest book, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors for all reception activities in accordance with wedding timeline
- Greet and escort guests to their assigned table
- Distribute all vendor payments, if requested by couple
- Provide wedding-day emergency kit (Advil, sewing kit, bobby pins, safety pins, etc.)
- Troubleshoot when needed
- Wrap up all items that are needed for bride and groom at the conclusion of the wedding
